Suzuki Eiger 400 ATV Flywheel Issues

The Suzuki Eiger ATVs from 2002 to 2007 all have this issue where the additives in the oil dissolve the epoxy that glues the magnets to the flywheel. When it happens, the flywheel’s magnets detach and scatter in the engine, destroying the stator and other parts on their way.

Even though this is a huge deal, the manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the damages done by a loose magnet.
